The Smart Heat System is an all new advanced heat therapy system designed to make heat therapy faster, safer, cleaner and more efficient. The Smart heat System utilizes an internal Q-Foil heater and surface temperature sensors insuring accurate heat at any of the three optional settings. Our patent pending therapy packs are more flexible and conforming that traditional heat therapy, providing better contact and heat conduction.

FASTER:

The Smart Heat System is faster than traditional heat therapy in both heat up times and heat absorption during therapy. 15 minutes of application is 15 minutes of actual therapy

Heat up times from room temperature within 20 minutes.
Reheat times within 10 minutes.
Heat absorption 3-5 minutes faster than hydrocollator, due to the exact heat and thinner custom fit covers.

SAFER:

Therapy Innovations has built many safe guards into this system, reducing the chance of burns, overheating, malfunctions and other random acts of nature.

Three different settings allow you to reduce the heat for more sensitive patients, finding just the right temperature.
Exact heat settings remove the need for towel layering (guessing), safely applying the desired heat.
Waterless system eliminates the scalding hot water for you the practitioner.
Custom fit, washable covers designed to prevent hot pack from patient contact, as well as cross contamination.

CLEANER:

The Smart Heat System is a waterless therapy that uses custom fit machine washable covers, reducing stagnate water and unnecessary bacteria and other funk.

NO STAGNATE HOT WATER!
Machine washable, easy to use covers reduce cross contamination.
Therapy pads can easily be wiped clean or disinfected.
System docking station can be disinfected with clinic and hospital grade cleansers.

Heat up times in less than 20 minutes means less energy used to heat up therapy pads.
Fast heat up times also means you can turn off your system when you go home, no longer do you have electronics running 24/7.
Off site locations no longer have to be set up hours or days in advance, simply plug in, turn on and 10 minutes later?. HEAT!
Thermal capacity of the pads use less energy to maintain heat while in the system. During steady state, unit only runs only 5-10% of the time.
Custom covers are thinner and less bulky than hydrocollator covers, and with out the need for excess towel layering, practitioners drastically reduce the volume of laundry.
